Starting March 1, I will share new recipes, tips and tricks to help you bake delicious, crusty bread at home. This is my personal campaign to help you craft delicious bread at home. Each Tuesday for four weeks, I will introduce a new recipe. The four featured recipes – Oatmeal Stout Bread, Rustic Ciabatta, Artisan Wheat Blend Slicing Loaf and Chocolate Cherry Babka – use different types of flour and different mixing and handling techniques. 

Afraid of wet dough? We’ll conquer that. Concerned about having the right kind of mixer in which to make the dough? Some of these breads can be mixed by hand. Wondering how to get billowy loaves with a beautiful open seam? I’ll show you how.

The first Giveaway starts March 1 at 8 AM ET and ends March 4 at 5 PM ET. We will randomly select two winners and DM the winner to confirm their prize. Once confirmed, we will announce the winner on this post publicly.

There will be three subsequent giveaways starting March 8 at 8 AM ET ending March 11 at 5 PM ET; March 15 at 8 AM ET ending March 18 at 5 PM ET ; and March 22 at 8 AM ET ending March 25 at 5 PM ET.
